Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data TreadForm processes when you email the studio, engage us on a design program, or browse this website.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. Who we are

TreadForm ("TreadForm", "we", "us") is a footwear design and development studio operating from [PLACEHOLDER: registered business address] and registered in [PLACEHOLDER: country / state of incorporation] under company number [PLACEHOLDER: company registration number]. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about any privacy matter at office@soluras.shop.

2. Data we collect

Inquiry data. When you email the studio we receive your name, email address, employer or brand, and whatever you choose to include in the message and its attachments, such as briefs, sketches and cost targets.

Client program data. During an engagement we process contact details of your project team, contractual and billing information, and the technical materials exchanged for the program (tech packs, samples feedback, factory correspondence).

Website data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and availability. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not collect telephone numbers, and we do not operate a phone line.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

We process inquiry and client data to answer questions, prepare proposals, deliver contracted design services and keep records required by law. Our legal bases are the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and securing our systems, and compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with processors that support the studio: email and cloud document hosting, project management software, accounting services, and — where a program requires it — the factory, material supplier or testing laboratory named in your project. Those parties act on our documented instructions or as independent controllers under their own agreements with you. We never sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our clients and manufacturing partners are located across Europe, North America and Asia, so data may be transferred outside [PLACEHOLDER: home jurisdiction]. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent recognised safeguard.

6. Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are deleted within 24 months. Client program records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for [PLACEHOLDER: statutory retention period] afterwards to meet contractual, warranty and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

7. Your rights

Subject to the law applicable in [PLACEHOLDER: governing jurisdiction], you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email office@soluras.shop and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with [PLACEHOLDER: competent supervisory authority].

8. Security

Access to client files is restricted to the studio members assigned to a program. Accounts require multi-factor authentication, devices are encrypted, and design archives are backed up daily. If a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change and revise the date above. Questions, requests and complaints go to office@soluras.shop — email is our only contact channel.
