TreadForm sells professional design services, not stock goods. This policy sets out exactly when fees are refundable and how a refund is calculated.

This policy applies to design and development fees invoiced by TreadForm under a written proposal or statement of work. It does not cover third-party costs such as mould tooling, material sampling, laboratory testing, courier charges or factory sample fees, which are governed by the supplier's own terms and are non-refundable once committed.
The deposit reserves studio capacity in a specific calendar window. It is fully refundable if you cancel in writing before work begins and within [PLACEHOLDER: cancellation window, e.g. 7 days] of paying it. After the brief teardown has taken place or the first design hours are logged, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is credited against delivered work.
If you cancel mid-program, we invoice for completed milestones and for work in progress on the current milestone on a pro-rata basis, plus committed third-party costs. Any balance already paid above that amount is refunded within [PLACEHOLDER: refund processing period, e.g. 14 days] of the final statement, to the original payment method.
If TreadForm fails to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot remedy it within 30 days of your written notice, you may cancel that milestone and receive a full refund of the fees paid for it. Where a delay is caused by missing client feedback, factory scheduling or material availability, the schedule adjusts rather than triggering a refund.
Fees for delivered and approved deliverables, additional revision rounds already performed, rush surcharges, and any work whose files you have released to a factory are not refundable. Dissatisfaction with a creative direction that was approved in writing is handled through the revision process in our Terms of Service, not by refund.
Where a refund is issued, the rights to the affected designs, drawings and tech packs remain with TreadForm, and you agree not to use, reproduce or manufacture from them.
Email office@soluras.shop with your invoice number, the engagement name and the reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within two business days and issue a written decision within ten business days. This policy is governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER: governing law jurisdiction] and does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded there.
